Today, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Los Angeles Chapter consists of a diverse generational group, committed to delivering programming through activities, partnerships, and participation opportunities with a significant focus placed on the areas of:

Health & Wellness

We target health issues, which affect the well-being of the whole person; physically, emotionally and spiritually. The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Los Angeles Chapter advocates the need to eliminate family and childhood obesity, metabolic syndrome and cancer disparities. Read More


Education

We provide support services that help youth achieve their educational goals. Initiatives with which we associate with are STEM, encouraging the teaching of content and skills, in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Read More


Economic Empowerment

We focus on teaching financial literacy and strategies for building family wealth. Through our signature program, SisterNomics, we encourage women to create businesses and develop entrepreneurship. Read More


Public Policy

Our public policy efforts address public policies and intervention. It informs and supports policy-making entities that address racial/ethnic and socioeconomic disparities for African Americans. We advocate for increasing women candidates running for political office, and we advocate for support, timely policy alerts, issue, and publishing position papers. Read More
