We are constantly seeking to gain new relationships with phenomenal women in our community. Any woman who agrees to the purpose of the Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Los Angeles Chapter and has demonstrated evidence of commitment to and/or community involvement shall be eligible for membership consideration.

What’s In It For Me?
As members of the Coalition of 100 Black Women, Los Angeles Chapter, we are dedicated to empowering our generationally diverse chapter.
- We strive to spend time advocating for women and girls in our community.
- However, in doing so, we remind ourselves to take time to recharge, fellowship and learn from our Coalition sisters.
- We leverage the skills of our members, learn from the wisdom of our chapter founders, and build the talent of all our members.

Member Commitment:
- Pays the annual membership fee.
- Attends more than 75% of General Chapter meetings.
- Serves on one assigned committee; Education, Economic Empowerment, Public Policy, or Health
- Serves on one Standing Committee; Budget and Finance, Fund Development, Membership, Bylaws, Nominating, Social Media, Social Media/Technology, Grant Writing, or Publicity/Communications.
- Attends and supports at least two local chapter events, projects, and/or programs annually.
- Adhere to chapter bylaws, code of ethics, and policy and procedures.
Financial Requirements:
- Year 1: New Members pay a fee of *$400.00 to join. Fees support induction, orientation, membership materials, national assessment and certain chapter attire.
- Year 2: Annual Membership Fee *$225.00. Amount includes local and national dues for the program year.
- Attends and supports at least two local chapter events, projects, and/or programs annually.
- Annual Fundraiser Assessment: Members will be assessed an amount to be determined by event expenses and will be approved by the board and membership committees. The assessment due date will be provided during our event planning stage.
